Can you share a little about your business and how many employees operate from the Fort Washington location?
MV: Eastern National is a nonprofit organization that promotes the public’s understanding of America’s National Parks. We help to provide quality educational experiences, products, and services. We operate museum stores at more than 160 entities of the National Park Service, across 33 states. The educational materials sold to the public go back to the parks as a donation.
Our headquarters in Fort Washington house roughly 40 employees.
What items did you purchase from COF, and how has this purchase served as a benefit to your workspace?
We purchased seven used office cubicles for our creative team. Prior to the installation of our cubicles, our furniture was all different. We were looking for uniformity. The addition of the cubicles actually opened up the room.
The partition walls are used for our IT department. The value of partitions is that they allow us flexibility in design. If we need to rearrange the office layout we can do it easily and in a timely manner.
Can you speak to the quality and pricing aspect of your COF purchases?
The used cubicles cost was affordable and appropriate compared to with our current economy. One noticeable feature of the used office cubicles we purchased is the high quality in design and functionality. As new cubicles arrive on the market, they don’t always reflect the quality and durability that some of the older models do. The cubicles we purchased are attractive, good quality, and provide the uniformity we were looking for.
We also appreciate the professional and convenient installation provided by COF. We didn’t have to do it ourselves which was great!
How would you rate your customer service experience with COF?
When I began the search for used office cubicles, the initial company we were going to work with ended up not selling used cubicles anymore.
As a nonprofit, we appreciate and value working with a reputable company like COF. Robert, our designated salesperson, was constantly in touch with us. He was very informative and easy to work with. We established dates for installation, and, overall, everything went smoothly. Robert even told us that we had overpaid and rectified the situation promptly.
We really appreciate everything COF did for us and would highly recommend working with them.
